Job Designation**:Business Development Manager (Sales)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Attend industry events,
conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company services and establish connections.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, preferably in the B2B services.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales prefered.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type : Full Time
Salary : 3k -5K AED / Month
