Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent or similar role in the real estate industry with a focus on off-plan properties and secondary market.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Sales, Marketing, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and legal requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales and/or rentals transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English
- UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
- Additional languages such as: Russian, German, Italian, Farsi are a plus.
