Assistant Manager Information Security

**IT Security**:

- Assist in the implementation of information security policies and procedures
- Good understanding and hands on experience on infrastructure security domain, practices,

frameworks, components, and Technologies
- Strong understanding and hands on experience on the following:

- Security incident management
- Report writing
- Windows and Unix log management
- Segregation of duties/RBAC
- Monitor security alerts and incidents; assist in the investigation of security breaches
- Participate in risk assessments and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies
- Follow-up on detected security issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks






- Assist IST GRC in maintaining and updating master risk register
- Familiar with concepts on network infrastructure and perimeter security technologies (such as firewalls, load balancers, WAF, CASB, proxies, SDN, DNS and anti-DDOS solutions)
- Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness programs for employees
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Support the Information Security Manager in managing security incidents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to security policies, procedures, and incidents
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new security technologies

Application Security:

- Ensure code reviews are adhered to across all code platforms
- Coordinate with relevant teams on security vulnerabilities and follow up on mitigation strategies,

Soft Skills:

- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams






- Ability to understand business challenges or requirements from end users and provide solutions
- Own and positively develop intra-team relationships with key technical decision makers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Must have degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, and Information Systems or related, with a focus or major in IT Security being highly desirable
- Must have at least 5 years of strong hands-on experience in IT Security/Information Security.
- Any relevant industry recognized certifications
- Understanding of industry standards, framework, and best practices such as ISO27001,





ADHICS, NIST, etc is highly desirable

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
