We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and manage a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve their sales goals and drive business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay competitive
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Effectively communicate with clients and handle complex negotiations
- Maintain compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales and/or team leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a successful team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
