**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored transportation solutions.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities,
and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and promotional activities.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the transportation, hospitality, or luxury service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
