Admin Accountant (Female Only)

If you have a management mindset and are an expert in analyzing and preparing financial documents; reports, we are looking for a Female Admin Accountant with strong competence in this field.
Role Description: You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while also handling accounting duties for the Nursery.Liaises with parents as necessary and assists with all administration pertaining to admissions, payment of fees, the waiting list,
visas and labor cards, the Nursery’s budget, etc. as required by the Reporting Manager, in addition to the day-to-day administrative requirements of the Nursery.
Core Competencies Required:
- A team player and has the ability to work within nurseries policies and procedures
- Willingness to support and deal with parents as partners - in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that parents receive all necessary information promptly and effectively.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills
- Must be Flexible
Essential:
1. Accounting / Administration qualification
2. Minimum 2 years experience in this field
3. Strong written and oral English communication skills
4. Organization and attention to detail
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent Time Management
