As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay at Wyndham Hotels Ajman. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating guest needs, and exceeding expectations. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our guest relations department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Welcome and Registration**:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
**Guest Assistance**:
Act as a point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist guests in making reservations, both within the hotel and for external services.
**Personalized Service**:
Identify and anticipate guests' needs to provide a personalized and memorable experience.
Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and arrangements for guests.
**Communication**:
Maintain open and clear communication with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Gather and relay guest feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
**Problem Resolution**:
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and effectively, seeking timely resolution.
Implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
**VIP Guest Management**:
Identify and prioritize VIP guests, providing extra attention and personalized services.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill special requests for VIPs.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
