Pastry Chef

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide variety of cakes, cookies etc.
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be as per the standard of the branch
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Know and Respect the HACCP rules

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of total relevant experience in the catering industry
- Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing)
- In depth knowledge of produce and food preparation
- Interest and enthusiasm in the hospitality industry
- Know and Respect the HACCP rules
- Motivated to learn the luxury pastry






- Preference will be given to those who can join immediately
