**Position: Packing, Quality Control, and Inventory Management**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform comprehensive quality control checks at all stages of garment production, from fabric inspection to the finished product.

4. Prepare the tasks for the next day for the tailors, including the master cutter's plan. Ensure that all necessary materials are provided from the stock. Verify that the next day's plan is accurate and ready for handover.

3. Ensure that all garments meet specified quality standards, including stitching, fit, finishing, and overall appearance.

4. Identify and promptly address any quality issues, providing feedback to production teams for correction.

5.





Collaborate with the design and production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements.

6. Conduct audits of fabric rolls and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and inspect newly received raw materials before placing them in inventory.

7. Prepare a pending list and a list of missing materials.

8. Receive and verify returned shipments, conducting careful inspections.

**Qualifications**:
2. Proven experience in quality control within the fashion and demi couture industry, with a minimum of 2 years.

3. In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabric quality, and industry-specific quality standards.

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor defects.

5. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate quality standards and issues with production teams.

6. Highly organized and capable of maintaining accurate information’s.

7. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced fashion design environment.
