The Receptionist + Accounts will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, handling financial records, and providing support to our real estate agents. This role requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is neat and organized.
- Manage digital and physical filing systems.
- Line up interviews and post job
**Accounts Management**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and petty cash.
**Real Estate Support**:
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of real estate transactions.
- Maintain and update property listings and databases.
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Office Admin: 1 year (required)
- Petty cash and bills handling: 1 year (required)
