Al Emad Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties in the vibrant Dubai real estate market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Assist clients in the buying, selling,
and renting of residential and commercial properties.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on property market trends, prices, and legal requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Keep abreast of market trends, new developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai real estate market.
- Proven track record of success in property sales and leasing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
