We are hiring a Public Relation Officer (PRO)
Role and Responsibility:
Provide timely and efficient services related to government-related jobs such as Employment Entry Permits Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Immigration, Ministry of Labor and Consulates, and Business Licenses.MOHRE, TASHEEL, DED, AMER.
Act as a key interface between the company and the government, ensuring that all requirements are met and all necessary documentation is in order.
Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, Employees, and their Families and provide expert advice on all Visa Formalities and government-related procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all the services provided.
Stay up to date with the ever-changing government rules and regulations, and be able to manage urgent tasks with short notice.
Keep track of all employees records,including passport,visas,labour cards,and other relevant documents,ensuring their validity and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information,adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
Evaluate,Prioritize,and Complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree/Diploma
Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PRO Roles.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
Proficiency in English /Hindi/ Arabic is added advantage
Valid UAE Driving License - (MUST)
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
