**Job Summary**:The Villa Butler is responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service to guests staying in a villa or private residence. This includes personalized attention, anticipating guest needs, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services**:Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Provide detailed information about the villa and its amenities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements promptly and efficiently.

**Anticipatory Service**:Proactively identify and fulfill guest needs before they are expressed.
Pay attention to guest preferences and ensure a personalized experience.






Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Coordination**:Coordinate with other staff members, such as housekeeping, chefs, and drivers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Arrange special services or experiences for guests, such as private dinners, spa treatments, or excursions.

**Housekeeping and Maintenance**:Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa to ensure a high standard.
Report any maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs.

**Dining Services**:Assist with meal planning, coordinate with chefs, and serve meals if required.
Set up and organize dining areas for special occasions.

**Security**:Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
Collaborate with security personnel if applicable.

**Communication**:Maintain clear and open communication with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent







**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
