As a Client-Centric Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships throughout the entire real estate transaction process and beyond. Leveraging your expertise in building connections and your deep understanding of human dynamics,

- Participates in the negotiation and closing of strategic sales, using his experience to address challenging situations and ensure successful results.

**Auction management**:
Oversees and supports the implementation of auctions, guiding agents and sellers through the process to maximize positive results.

**Team management**:

- Supervises and manages the team of internal agents, ensuring efficient and collaborative performance.
- Access to dashboard where they can track agent activities and performance through metrics and analytics.

**Assignment of tasks**:

- Assigns specific tasks and follow-ups to agents, ensuring an equitable and efficient distribution of workloads.
