Human by nature.**A Commercial Controller opportunity with the global leader in creating Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing, and an essential member of our Fragrance & Beauty Regional Controlling team for the SAMEA region, based in our Dubai office - Your future position?**
- Are you an experienced Commercial Controller professional with more than 5 years of relevant experience and would like to join the Controlling team of a global and leading organisation? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!- Our Controlling team ensures that Givaudan can continue to offer our niche solutions and ingredients to customers at the appropriate value and price point to promote sustainable growth and is also responsible for all business controlling matters,
from monthly reporting to business case modelling and contract work.- We want to strengthen our Fragrance & Beauty Controlling organisation for the SAMEA region and hire a **Commercial Controller **to support our increasing our needs and project pipeline in the region.- You will support the Fragrance & Beauty SAMEA Controlling team with Financial analysis, Measurements, system preparation, numeric information, business cases, and general controlling activities to maximise the business's purpose, sales and profitability. You will partner and work with our commercial teams in the South Asia, Middle East and Africa markets in all commercial finance activities to build relationships and become an important partner for the business.- You will work for a company that touches billions of consumers multiple times a day. **Financial Performance & Analysis**:
- 1. Review and compare actual performance (sales, margin, Development KPIs, Opex, Capex, Headcount etc.)- 2. Participate in planning activities for SAMEA markets.- 3.
Provide detailed and accurate financial reports promptly.- 4. Support setting annual operating targets by market.- 5. Help develop the region's commercial 5-year business plan.- 6. Ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.**Business Partnering**:
- 1. Collaborate with teams to provide financial guidance.- 2. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations.- 3. Evaluate new business opportunities and assess market trends.- 4. Find and address financial risks - credit risk exposure, and internal controls.- 5. Build close working relationships across all departments.**Improve commercial finance processes**:
- 1. Provide training and support for use of financial reporting systems.- 2. Support projects to improve business processes and share best practices.- 3. Analyze pricing structures,
cost structures, and profitability margins to increase pricing strategies.**Continuous improvement**:
- 1. Identify improvements and automation in commercial reporting.- 2. Work on global projects for improvement and automation of reporting processes.**You?**
