We are seeking a highly skilled and Operations Manager experienced to oversee our portfolio of holiday homes in Dubai.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing occupancy rates, and driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, improve performance, and drive revenue growth.
Team Management: Manage and coordinate the operations team, including Guest Experience Makers, housekeeping staff, and maintenance personnel.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Property Management:
Ensure all properties are well-maintained, cleaned, and stocked with necessary amenities.
Oversee property inspections, maintenance schedules, and renovations as needed.
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Owner Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, understanding their needs, and ensuring their properties are well-managed Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Stay updated on legal requirements and industry best practices.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and guest feedback. Use data analysis to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and improve overall performance.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures. Identify areas of inefficiency and implement solutions to enhance productivity and guest experience. Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing holiday homes or hotels, preferably in Dubai or a similar market.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in property management software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
