**Female Architect and Business Development Assistant fluent in English and Arabic**
Location: Dubai
RAW-NYC has new opportunities for fresh female graduate Architects fluent in English and Arabic, for a part-time/full time hybrid role as an Architecture and Business Development Assistant.
You have to submit the following documents: Resume and Portfolio combined in one PDF.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a reputable university is a must
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
- Knowledge and/or Experience in Business Development and marketing for Architects or Real Estate Developers
- Degree in business development and marketing is a plus
**Skill & character set required**:
- Highly creative and skilled at working within the design direction given
- The ability to produce high-quality conceptual and schematic design drawings using the required softwares
- Highly competent in Business development research and strategies
- Excellent in communication, respectful, loyal and down to earth personality
- Committed, honest and hard working
- Excellent research and time management skills
- Proficient in Rhino and Grasshopper. Sketch up is a plus
- Proficient in CAD. Revit is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suit. Figma is a plus
- Proficient in Lumion
