**Responsibilities**:

- Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to senior management and staff.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Executive Assistance:

- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage executives' calendars and prioritize tasks.






- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team Coordination:

- Support HR in onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation.
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communication:

- Serve as a liaison between departments and ensure effective communication.
- Facilitate communication with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Miscellaneous:

- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Perform other duties as required to support the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the finance or investment sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.






- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
