conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
- “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods
- Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
- Achieving quota
- Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
**Requirements and skills**
- **MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE (COMPANY CAR WILL BE PROVIDED)**:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience selling furniture
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
