HR Manager

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. They manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure performance reviews are conducted regularly and fairly.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.






- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate culture and values.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven work experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role.
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
