Immediate vacancies a dynamic and experienced female Human Resource Executive to join our Team here in Dubai.
This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring labor law compliance, and enhancing our organizational culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance.
- Administer a competitive pay plan and benefits program, including payroll management and maintenance of compensation/attendance records.
- Conduct training needs assessments, and design and monitor effective training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout human resource management.
- Promote values and shape a positive and inclusive culture.
- Oversee job design, manage job descriptions, and maintain organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a harmonious working environment.
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and analysis.
- Support administrative tasks, including trade license management and other related duties.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor law and familiarity with HR best practices.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing employee relations and performance management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a positive working environment.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mÃnimal supervision.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, with exemplary planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
