The BusinessDevelopment Manager in Catering is responsible for identifying newbusiness opportunities building and maintaining clientrelationships and driving revenue growth in the catering division.This role requires a proactive approach to sales excellentcommunication skills and a deep understanding of the cateringindustry.
KeyResponsibilities:
BusinessDevelopment:
- Identifyand pursue new business opportunities in the cateringmarket.
- Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets andobjectives.
- Conductmarket research to identify trends customer needs and competitivelandscape.
ClientRelationshipManagement:
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with new and existingclients.
- Conductregular meetings with clients to understand their needs and providetailoredsolutions.
- Ensurehigh levels of customer satisfaction through excellent servicedelivery.
Salesand RevenueGrowth:
- Driverevenue growth by securing new contracts and expanding existingaccounts.
- Prepareand deliver compelling sales presentations andproposals.
- Negotiatecontracts and agreements with clients to maximizeprofitability.
CollaborationandCoordination:
- Workclosely with the catering operations team to ensure seamlessservicedelivery.
- Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop promotional materials andcampaigns.
- Provideregular sales forecasts and performance reports to the seniormanagementteam.
AdministrativeDuties:
- Maintainaccurate records of sales activities and client interactions in theCRMsystem.
- Monitorindustry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in themarket.
- Attendindustry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promotethe cateringservices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality or arelatedfield.
- Provenexperience in business development or sales in the catering is amust. Only relevant experienced candidates shouldapply.
- Strongnegotiation presentation and communicationskills.
- Abilityto build and maintain relationships with clients andstakeholders.
- Selfmotivatedwith a resultsdrivenapproach.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office and CRMsoftware.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in businessdevelopment or sales in the catering is a must. Only relevantexperienced candidates should apply. Strong negotiation,presentation, and communication skills.
