JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for all tasks related to the reception and participate in Purchasing and Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION

- Greet and welcome guests/ visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort,





and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbook).
- Issuing PPEs to visitors visiting the plant.
- Monitor office facilities (including stationeries and other office equipment).
- Assist with travel arrangements such as flight, hotel booking, and car rental when needed.
- Set up meeting rooms/training and arrange catering for events when needed.
- Coordinate with facility/building maintenance for any repair, pest control, and cleaning services.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- Create POs in ERP system and monitor scorecard.
- Send/receive documents and non-document packages for both local and international.
- Draft shipping documents.
- Follow company policies, procedures, QMS, and HSEMS.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

- Pleasant personality with a friendly manner.
- Good communication skills,





ability to handle different kinds of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Time management, organized, quality-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist and Admin.
- 0-2 years' experience in a related field.
- Diploma degree.
- Logistics experience.
- Knowledge in ERP is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel,





PowerPoint, and other MS Office software.
- Good business English and Microsoft command.
- Driver's license .
