A leading prestigiouscontracting and construction company is seeking an experienced andhighly skilled Interior Designer ProjectManager . The ideal candidatewill have extensive experience in interior design executionspecifically in highrise buildings residential/luxury villas orhotels.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Oversee andmanage all aspects of interior design executiononsite.
- Develop andimplement construction detailing and specifications forprojects.
- Collaborate withproject teams contractors and other stakeholders to ensureeffective construction management and timely projectcompletion.
- Monitor projectprogress ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and qualitystandards.
- Resolve anyissues or conflicts that arise during the projectlifecycle.
- Conduct regularsite inspections to ensure compliance with design specificationsand safetystandards.
- Prepare andpresent project reports to senior management andclients.
Requirements
- Bachelor s orMaster s degree in Architecture or InteriorDesign.
- Minimum of 10years of site experience in interior designexecution.
- Provenexperience in highrise buildings residential/luxury villas or hotelprojects.
- Strong knowledgeof construction detailing and specificationdevelopment.
- Background incontracting or constructioncompany.
- Proficient inconstruction managementpractices.
- Must be fluent in Arabiclanguage
WorkLocation:
- Willingness towork/relocate to Al Ain as the project is based in AlAin.
