Job Description
We are responsible for project concepts,
preparing design criteria as per engineering discipline, and following the standards as per Saudi Arabia codes and Saudi Council of Engineers regulations in the following systems:
1. Create full submittal of draft drawing, schematic diagram, riser diagram, flow diagram, standard details, looping of pipes in mechanical room, proper revision, and submit again for approval with the drafting software and its related programs.
2. Preparing design drawings for HVAC systems as per criteria for residences and commercial complexes. Sketch the design by collecting total cooling flow and connect accordingly.
3. Work on HVAC system and complete the design concept by selecting its flow with its total engineering conversion.
4. Draw the system for HVAC, ventilation, fresh air duct, and louvers, indicating all the dampers, outlets, and their connections properly.
5. Work on drainage systems (one way and two way distribution) within fixtures units for stack ejection.
6.
Work on site piping layouts by calculating invert level from the starting point and ending on minimum slope. In case of higher drops in pipes, use lift stations to maintain the slope.
7. Connect all pipeline systems through maintenance holes and dump in sewage tanks.
8. Draft the design scope for kitchen appliances for their waste chucking into grease interceptor and oil interceptor, sizing according to their waste disposal with the help of flow diagrams.
