Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the real estate team.
- Maintain and update property listings and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
- Provide support to the HRG Real Estate team with various tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
