Job Description
Role: Customer Service Officer
Location: Dubai
Role Purpose:
Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards.
Key Accountabilities of the Role:
1. Responsible for closing customer complaints and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
2. Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceed customer expectations.
3. Ensure the customer is constantly informed on the status of his/her query.
4. Coordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional manner.
5. Deliver the right levels of service skills support and coach other colleagues.
6. Participate in regular review and development meetings with key stakeholders.
7.
Ensure compliance with bank policies.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:
1. Customer service skills in order to resolve customer complaints.
2. Display flexibility in dealing with clients and other team members.
3. Good problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Excellent decision-making skills.
