Job description
We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to maintain and grow partnerships in the affiliate marketing industry. You'll also be part of a team working on marketing solutions for top brands, analysing campaign performance, and coming up with digital performance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Partnerships: Work with existing affiliate clients and bring in new ones.
2. Campaign Management: Take care of multiple affiliate campaigns and their budgets.
3. Financial Responsibility: Manage partner budgets and keep an eye on potential risks.
4. Client Support: Consult with clients about their marketing needs and assist them as required.
5. Paperwork Handling:
Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure everything's in order.
6. Client Interaction: Be the go-to person for clients, addressing their questions and requests.
7. Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their businesses, and propose marketing solutions.
8. Program Updates: Keep affiliates informed about any program improvements.
9. Financial Tasks: Handle collections, invoices, and campaign updates.
10. Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service.
11. Goal Setting: Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth goals.
12. High-Value Accounts: Manage top-tier accounts and develop an affiliate contact management strategy.
13. Traffic Management: Keep an eye on traffic quality and volume.
Requirements
1. Industry Experience: At least 2 years in the affiliate marketing industry.
2. Language Skills: Business level English.
3. Remote Work: Ability to work from anywhere.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Adaptability:
Open to coaching and learning in this ever-changing field.
6. Time Management: Effective time management and the ability to handle unexpected situations or requests.
7. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
