Our client, a growing organization, is urgently looking for an experienced Senior HR Assistant - Female candidate who will join their team in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be directly reporting to the HR Manager and will be responsible for providing general HR administration support to the business including, but not limited to, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, training and development, and others as may be assigned by the HR Manager. Working hours will be from 9AM to 6PM, Sunday through Thursday.
Salary package will be up to AED10,000 plus standard benefits.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of total experience in a general HR role. You should have a good background in UAE labour law. Fluency in English is highly required and knowledge in HR systems is a plus.
