Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate. We are currently hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist at our real estate agency. If you are motivated, outgoing,
and eager to excel in the real estate and property management company, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and functions.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Draft and create property-related contracts online through the Dubai Rest App, including contracts A, B, F, MOU, NOC, and Form I.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and addendums for new and renewal properties, ensuring all documents for both tenants and landlords are complete and updated in the system.
- Follow up with agents and clients for necessary documents and details.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
