Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi is looking for an efficient and team-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi, featuring 203 modern rooms and a variety of food & beverage outlets.

What’s the job?

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor,





you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining IHG’s True Hospitality service behavior. You will lead the day-to-day team with the support of the Food & Beverage Manager. We’re seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

- Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of energetic F&B; attendants to Make Our Guests Smile;
- Delivering exceptional guest and dining experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them;
- Supporting initiatives of the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure departmental goals are met;
- Working closely with the Kitchen team to ensure service is seamless and organized;
- Rostering, recruitment, and onboarding new hires;
- Driving employee satisfaction through coaching and creative engagement activities;
- Purchasing and ordering stock and maintaining stock levels;
- Multitasking to oversee restaurant, bar, room service, and conference/event spaces.

What we need from you:







- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-4 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local authorities.
- Excellent knowledge of ala carte menus, wine and beverage lists, and current food trends.

The candidate must have the ability to communicate satisfactorily in English with guests, management, and co-workers. They must work collaboratively in a team, have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload is essential; high grooming standards are required.
