YourDaytoDay :
- Build & ManageRelationships : Establish and maintain strongrelationships with clients understanding their needs and offeringtailored propertysolutions.
- PropertyListings : Develop and manage a portfolio ofproperties ensuring effective marketing to attract potentialbuyers.
- Sales &Negotiations; : Handle sales transactions from startto finish including negotiation and contractsigning.
- MarketAnalysis : Stay updated on market trends propertyvalues and investment opportunities to provide clients withaccurate and insightfuladvice.
- ClientSupport :
Provide exceptional customer serviceensuring personalized and professional support throughout thebuying or selling process.
What We Are LookingFor :
- A minimum of1year experience in real estate sales or a related salesfield.
- Fluency in English is essential;bilingual candidates are highly encouraged toapply.
- Experience working with internationalclients or a willingness to engage with globalclientele.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverseclients.
- A strong work ethic selfmotivation anda passion for real estate.
- A driving license isnice to have but not required.
