Outdoor Sales Representative (Furniture Trading)

General Description
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, search for and bid on new projects, negotiate, and close deals with customers.
- Develop / implement effective sales strategies and reach the sales monthly target.
- Address customer queries and help them make the right purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities.
- Prepare and present accurate and detailed sales reports.
- Determine the customer’s goals and Project’s requirements.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Full understanding of Fit Out & Furniture specification for commercial and residential projects.






- Search / visit new sites and Assist in the preparation of project’s presentation.
- Briefing management once the project is secured and assisting with general communications until the contract handover.
- Coordinate with other staff and ensure the team delivers the client requirements on schedule and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with finance to follow up with clients on payments and ensure a steady cash flow for projects.

Experience Guidelines
- University degree in business Admin, interior design, Sales or equivalent

skills.
- Minimum Work Experience: 3 Years
- Proven record in outdoor sales and technical knowledge in Furniture.
- UAE Driving License and own car
- Excellent verbal and written English, Arabic Language would be an advantage.
- Professional MS office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Photoshop and AutoCAD (an added advantage).
