**Your day to day**:

- **Leads the Reservations Team**:
- **Hires and develops talent for future growth within the company**
***:
- **Implements practices and initiatives that creates an engaged, motivated and cohesive team that works together to achieve common objectives**
***:
- **Develops and maintains reservations standards that drive revenues, optimizes organizational efficiencies and instills guests engagement**
***:
- **Ensure appropriate scheduling to minimize response time to customers** **and ensure immaculate quality of reservations and inquiries**
***:
- **Is fluent in revenue enhancing and benchmarking tools including, however not limited to IDEAS, Demand360, OTA Insight and Revenue Insight**
***:
- **Partakes in Revenue Strategy Meetings and works on revenue enhancing initiatives and strategies**
***:
- **Manages and leases with other department on all room upsell programs / platforms to maximize rate and guest satisfaction**
**What we need from you**

***:
- **Minimum 2 Years as a Reservations Supervisor or 1 Year as a Assistant Reservations Manager**
***:
- **Minimum 3 Years' experience in leading Room Reservations Teams**
***:
- **Knowledge of Reservation systems**:
- **Experience from working in Resorts a plus**
