Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain enduring relationships with key clients to ensure their long-term loyalty.
- Serve as the primary contact for all communications and inquiries from designated key accounts.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and needs to deliver customized solutions.
- Explore and exploit growth opportunities within key accounts by devising strategic plans for business expansion.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to align with client objectives.
- Perform routine account evaluations to pinpoint potential areas for service improvement or enhancement, boosting client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed the sales targets and objectives for key accounts.
- Actively seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to augment revenue and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure optimal profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Undertake market research and analysis to detect potential market opportunities and threats.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams to adjust strategies and offerings as needed.
- Address and resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Advocate for customer needs within the company to ensure that client requirements are fulfilled.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is a MUST.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years)
in account management within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as analytics and reporting.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
