**aG Resource is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist (Arabic & English Speaker) for our Reputable Client.**

**Gender: Female**

**Open to Arabic and Eastern European nationalities only.**

**Immediate Joiners will be preferred.**
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls and transferring the lines to their respective destinations.
- In-charge of incoming/outgoing faxes and distributing the same
- Receiving and sending mails by courier
- Purchasing of office supplies and materials
- Arranging lunches for special meetings
- Managing different services for the office janitorial, bank, cafeteria
- Organizing and supporting all services and activities/activities/stationery: storing,





distributing and ordering monthly requirement/ Bill Payment
- Booking hotels & airlines ticket

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
