Need an experienced Yacht Charter sales executive.
The role of a Yacht Charter Sales Executive is pivotal in promoting and marketing the services provided by the chartering company. This involves establishing partnerships with various entities such as travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies, hotels, corporate clients, event planners, and individuals, both domestically and internationally.
The responsibilities include providing comprehensive information about the available yachts, their sizes, unique selling points, and rental rates. Additionally, the sales executive is tasked with upselling supplementary services or equipment like fishing gear or water sports accessories.
Handling customer inquiries,
addressing complaints, and resolving concerns in a professional manner are essential aspects of the role. Moreover, promoting special offers, discounts, and events to attract clientele is vital for driving sales.
Actively seeking and cultivating relationships with potential clients seeking yachts for special events, gatherings, or leisure activities is paramount. This entails negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that maximize revenue for both parties.
Furthermore, building, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in the travel industry through networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences is crucial. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the travel and hospitality sector helps identify potential leads and business growth prospects.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond is imperative,
ensuring clients receive prompt and satisfactory responses to their inquiries. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, revenue projections, and performance metrics, and reporting them to management regularly, is essential for monitoring and optimizing sales efforts.
Knowledge and experience with a Dubai-based yacht rental company would be advantageous in this role.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
