As a Property Leasing Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient property leasing operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
- Utilizing effective advertising, property viewings, and referral strategies to attract and secure new tenants.
- Conducting property visits to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with tenants to negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms.
- Addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and conducting inspections of vacated units.
- Proficiently navigating the Ejari portal for creating, registering, renewing, and termination of leasing contracts.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, overseeing contractor activities as needed.
- Maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions, leases, complaints, maintenance activities, etc.
- Managing rent collection, addressing late payments, and overseeing operational expenses.
- Initiating lease terminations and managing eviction processes, when required.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of property documents, such as title deeds and valuation records.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive property reports.
