**What We Require**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in social media or community management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in social and community quality assurance programs and be able to work on social media different tools including the reporting tools
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in content creation

**Responsibilities of the Social Media Executive**:

- Crafting compelling written content that is impactful and drives action






- Collaborating with Creative Designers to ensure posts are captivating
- Optimizing content for posting on various social media platforms
- Monitoring and analyzing user engagement and feedback on all posts
- Developing strategic social, content, and influencer plans
- Managing content schedules, social copywriting, and publishing
- Identifying content that drives growth and making necessary optimizations
- Utilizing social listening to deeply understand our audience
- Creating content tailored to various demographic groups
- Working closely with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Conducting research to uncover valuable consumer insights for leveraging
- Engaging with social media comments and adapting strategies based on platforms and audience behaviors
