HR Assistant/Receptionist

Leading Architecture and Engineering practice in Dubai are looking to recruit a HR Assistant/Receptionist for their studio.
This is the first member of BSBG whom external parties encounter, and is expected to present a highly professional image of the Practice, whilst at all times proactively increasing involvement in Human Resource Administration and Soft Marketing.

This individual will be responsible for:

1. Incoming telephone calls and the studio's telephone communication.
2. Reception and welcoming duties.
3. Communicating and delegating between other administration staff.
4. Administration of internal documents and HR files.
5. Assisting in the staff appraisal process, staff training, and general recruitment.
6.





Assisting the management team in soft marketing and client, sub consultant, and contractor liaison on corporate functions and advertising.

This person will have around 3 years working in an administrative capacity, ideally with some exposure to Human Resource functions.
A polished and professional demeanor, with excellent English communication is required.
Expertise in MS OFFICE: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
Based currently in the UAE, this person will be able to attend interviews in Dubai ASAP.
