**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute end-to-end Google Ads campaigns strategy, including ad copy creation, targeting options and bidding management.
- Take time to understand clients' unique business objectives and target audience, developing custom strategies tailored to their individual needs.
- Design and create effective ads to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that will drive qualified traffic to the website.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Analyse metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate and quality score and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Implement and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage previous website visitors.
- Maintain communication with senior management and clients to provide updates on campaign performance and make strategic recommendations.
- Remain up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices and competitors to stay ahead.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support directly to clients, addressing any questions and concerns.
- Give clients detailed reports on the performance of the Google Ads campaign, and guidance on how to get the most out of their Google Ads campaign.
- Collaborate and liaise with colleagues to ensure high quality and smooth client service.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager or in managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- In depth knowledge of Google Ads platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Skilled in Google Ads services, including search ads, display ads, video ads, YouTube ads, account set-up, keyword research, remarketing, and landing page.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software and tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to establish marketing strategies based on industry trends and developments.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and data analysis, with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and ability to integrate into a team.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and work demands.
