**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent in off-plan sales with UAE experience.
- Cold Calling
- Knowledge of recent real estate projects in United Arab Emirates with established relations with developers relationship officers.
- Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout contract processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
- Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc.,





are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner on our platform.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong real estate
