The Role :
Holo is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager with a background in Real estate to join our team. This role is instrumental in assisting our self-generated buyers in their property search journey and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the buying process.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and customer-focused individual who excels at building relationships with prior experience as a Real estate agent / broker,
understanding client needs, and navigating the intricacies of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Buyer Assistance : Provide personalized guidance to buyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with suitable properties in our network.
- Transaction Management : Oversee the transaction process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and deadlines are met.
- No Cold Calling : This role does not involve any cold calling to generate listings or deal with sellers. We exclusively work with self-generated buyers.
- No Property Listings : We do not list properties. Our focus is solely on assisting buyers in finding their ideal homes.
- No Seller Interaction : This role does not involve dealing with sellers. We exclusively work with our self-generated buyers and collaborate with our real estate agency partners to fulfill their needs.
What We Are Looking For :
- Experience in property transactions
- Direct Real estate experience (Agents / Brokers)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for helping buyers find their ideal homes.
- Proficiency in using software and CRM tools (training provided).
