Job Summary: We are currently recruiting for a full time Sales Manager,
Corporate to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.
As a Sales Manager - Corporate, you are responsible to assist in leading the property's segmented sales effort for the Corporate market. Conduct all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.
Requirements:
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Hotel Corporate Sales role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of a sales plan to boost business.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to meet revenue goals and market demands.
- Analyze market data and adjust strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Review guest satisfaction to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Manage the forecasting process with the Revenue Department.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales and marketing plans, updates, and the annual budget.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend events and trade shows to strengthen customer connections.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work Hours: 8 Hours a Day
Experience: Minimum of 24 months in a similar role.
