We are looking for an efficient and professional **Admin Assistant cum Receptionist** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle inquiries from clients and customers professionally and courteously.
- Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.
- Keep updated records of company documents.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible
- Provide general administrative support to all departments, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school degree, additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Should be available in UAE for immediate Interview and Joining.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

- UAE and Similar Role: 2 years (preferred)
