**The Position will be cluster for 4 Hotels in Dubai**
- plan. Develop and execute hotel procedures for monitoring completion of training activities in each department.
- Hold monthly meeting with all departmental trainers to identify their training needs so as to plan the monthly training plan.
- Conduct orientation for new associates
- Thoroughly acquaint yourself with all the training materials available through books & cassette in the Training Room so as to develop and groom you for different types of trainings.
- Develop and maintain the hotel training library which includes training related books, manuals, periodicals, programs, handouts, films and files. Ensure proper use and storage of the training materials.






- After each cross training session, an associate feedback report has to be processed and forwarded to HR manager.

**Training Plan**
- Coordinate with all the department trainers and be personally involved with their trainings.
- Monitor all trainings on day-to-day basis
- A generic monthly training plan to be worked out with the Department trainers.
- Training reports for each associate to be prepared on a monthly and up-to-date basis.
- Liaise with Department Heads on regular basis regarding specific training requirements within their Departments and regarding attendance at planned training courses and develop training actions as required.
- Publish an annual and quarterly calendar of training courses and ensure maximum attendance through clear communication to and liaison with Department Heads on a regular basis.
- Develop, source and conduct training courses scheduled in the training calendar.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
