**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage payroll for employees, including data entry, verification, and calculation of hours, earnings, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, overtime, and other compensation.
- Review and process employee benefit contributions, taxes, and other deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and employee information,





ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Reconcile payroll transactions, resolve discrepancies, and prepare payroll reports for management.
- Stay current with tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements, and ensure that payroll practices adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
