As a Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our procurement activities. You will work closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your expertise in procurement and supply chain management will contribute to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans to meet the company’s objectives.
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish and maintain supplier relationships.
- Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery, and recommend changes as needed.
- Analyze market trends, product specifications,





and supplier capabilities to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order, delivery, and payment.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical and critical-thinking abilities for data analysis and decision-making.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
