Join Our Team as a Junior Accountant for Real Estate Company and Holiday Homes - Graduate in Accountancy and Certified License Required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for property-related transactions.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of rental income, expenses, and property taxes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor cash flow and budget variances for individual properties and the overall portfolio.
- Coordinate with property managers and vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare documentation and support for annual audits and tax filings.
- Utilize CPA expertise to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial processes and controls.
- Prior experience in real estate accounting or property management preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
