Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices in the UAE.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the real estate sector in the UAE.
- Deep understanding of the UAE job market, particularly in the real estate industry.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within established timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
